Gyproc Elite MR is a one-coat gypsum plaster that is primarily intended for use in wet places such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, garages, balconies, parking podiums, and other similar locations. It provides increased safety due to low moisture absorption from the air or the floor, resulting in excellent outcomes in skirting locations with concerns arising from capillary action and efflorescence. It may be applied over a variety of backdrops, including bricks, blocks, RCC, and others, and provides an easily inert, high-quality floor for interior partitions and ceilings, as well as a long-lasting substrate for the application of ornamental finishes.
